My computer has been having some issues since Christmas, it doesn't allow me to post any pictures. Kevin let me download all of our pictures since Christmas to his laptop and update the blog. So, here is our last 6mos of life in the PacNW.

Family
My Uncle Gary passed away suddenly and I was able to fly home for the funeral. My mom comes from a family of 12, this is a picture of 7 of them. It was unfortunate circumstances but wonderful to see so many of my family members (aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, siblings and my mom). Here are a few of my family members, lots of nieces and nephews, sister in laws, sister and mom.
Sunshine & Maggie's haircut
We have been blessed with above average temps and sunshine this spring, this is Morgan and Jake enjoying the sunshine! Maggie had her first grooming appointment today, we had the mobile groomer come, because Maggie isn't too fond of riding in the car yet.Pike Place Mkt & Chinatown
Over spring break, we took advantage of the nice weather and spent a day at the market and went to Chinatown (to get Lucy's babydoll). Jake got to pet the horse of the mounted policeman (pretty cool).
Track and Baseball
Jake did track this year. It was a before school sport, with 1 track meet between all 4 elementary schools at the end of the season. Jake ran the 100m dash, the 400m relay and 800m relay (just like mom). He did really well. That night it was his school night at the Tacoma Rainiers baseball game.
Tiger Mtn. Hike
Kevin and I hiked to the top of Tiger Mtn. in Issaquah, Wa. It is a 2 hr hike (great workout)! When at the top, we met a parasailer-he did some tricks for us and wanted Kevin to go tandem jumping with him. This vantage point, lets you see Lake Washington, Lake Sammamish, Mt Rainier and Bellevue. If you watch Grey's Anatomy, this is where Meredith and the Doc were going to build their dream home.Meet Maggie
We got a new family member, Maggie! Maggie is half bichon friese and half maltese. She will be a great indoor dog, she doesn't shed and will stay pretty small.Basketball & Lacrosse 09
Jake's bball team has played together for 3 years and they played for the championship this year. Jake played lacrosse (2nd year) and had a great season. He is number 6.
Choir Concerts
Morgan was invited to sing in an all District Choir this year. She had her big concert in May. Jake had his 4th grade choir concert in March, where he performed a drum solo.
Jake's 10th Birthday
Jake went to Family Fun Center with his friends and then we had a family dinner at the Japanese Steakhouse.
